The Visioning 2026 Retreat for Tweens & Teens is a transformational developmental experience designed to help young people discover who they are, develop their unique potential, and begin intentionally building a future of purpose, excellence, and impact.
It is an immersive journey where young people are given the space, guidance, exposure, and practical tools to understand their strengths, build confidence, develop valuable capabilities, explore their future possibilities, and discover how they can make a meaningful difference in the world.
The experience is intentionally interactive, reflective and hands-on. Rather than simply listening to sessions, participants discover, develop, demonstrate and design, through assessments, coaching, workshops, creative activities, collaborative challenges, projects and personal vision planning.
This is an invitation for your child to discover their gifts, develop their genius and begin their journey towards greatness.
Every participant moves through the same progression built with parents, educators and experts, delivered in one immersive week.
STAGE ONE
Every young person has talents, strengths and natural abilities. This stage builds self-awareness through strengths discovery, reflection and coaching.
STAGE TWO
Potential only counts once it’s developed. Participants build habits of excellence through leadership, academic mastery, innovation and creative practice.
STAGE THREE
The point of learning is contribution. Participants explore purpose, vision, service, citizenship, entrepreneurship and the impact they want to have.
Instead of drowning participants in information, the Retreat runs on experiential learning, coaching, collaboration, reflection and real application.
Participants get to know themselves through assessments, coaching and reflection.
Each track runs the same Discover → Develop → Demonstrate → Design model, pitched at a different stage of growing up.

A glimpse into the energy, creativity and connection of past Visioning Retreats.

“Daniel says, “The program taught me different things. It exposed me to different quotes, mindsets that exist, capacities that I possess. I was also impacted by DDK’s prayers for us. And I also made new friends. Next year, I look forward to seeing DDK again and seeing the progress in myself and my friends.“
Isaiah says, “The VR helped me realign myself for Christ again, knowing that in all I do, my 1% best only comes when my future is in Jesus Christ. And I look forward to next year cos I know I will speak in tongues.“
Toyin (Mom) says: “Thank you, PDDK, for pouring into them at their level. I loved the awe they gave to your words, seeing that it came from someone whom their Mom admired, valued and treasured. They came to realise that the truths I had been sharing with them were truly things that could change their lives and that they were already the 1% best of their Generation.“
PS: My 6-year-old daughter wrote a letter to DDK expressing her own love and looking forward to when she qualifies to attend VR!”

“My daughter now applies the growth mindset in everything she wants to do. Now you will see her change her mind about a particular thing, and she will say, “No, that is a fixed mindset; let me do it this other way,” knowing about the growth mindset and fixed mindset and applying it at 10 years old is a win for me”

“I was surprised that my daughter could make friends with strangers, connect with them, ask for the contact of her coaches, and build relationships with people in two days..”

“The Visioning Retreat for Tweens and Teens was an amazing learning experience for my son. It was a defining moment for him, and he was positively shaped by the experience. What I loved most was his takeaway from the event, which is…I am among the 1% best in my generation. For me, that is such a beautiful mindset and anchor every child/every person should have.”

“My child got back home and designed a daily routine for himself that included word study, prayer, and exercise. He speaks more maturely, viewing situations from perspectives that not all teens would.”
